Daktarin | TV Commercial Voiceover

I was delighted to record this national TV commercial voiceover for Daktarin Aktiv Spray Powder made by Johnson & Johnson. This was a UK television campaign, created by Saatchi & Saatchi for broadcast on terrestrial and satellite channels. The Voiceover was recorded at TRIANGLE (Now re-branded as WAM London / Prodigious)

The brief from the advertising agency was friendly and down-to-earth; as if talking to a mate in the pub (I’ve had this voice acting brief before – for the chatty Allen & Overy graduate recruitment video). I used my native Cheshire accent to give the voiceover a warm, friendly feel.

The commercial employs a healthy dose of humour; showing men doing whatever they can to prevent their feet touching the floor of the changing room….all except the guy who has Daktarin in his bag.
